This
course explores theory and hands-on application of the major
analytical tools necessary to characterize the geochemistry
of natural systems including: atomic absorption spectrometry,
ion chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, isotope ratio
mass spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe and
data reduction techniques including basic geochemical modeling.
